Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Product descriptions and imagery are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible.

Pricing All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Pricing errors, if they occur, will be communicated to you before your order is fulfilled, and you will have the option to proceed or cancel.

Payment Payment is accepted via methods available at checkout, as well as at in-person events where additional payment options may be offered. All transactions are processed securely. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.

Presale Orders By placing a presale order, you acknowledge that your item is not yet in stock and will be fulfilled once available. Estimated fulfillment windows are provided in good faith but are subject to change. You will be contacted directly with fulfillment details when your order is ready.

Intellectual Property All content on this website, including product artwork, images, and designs, is the property of Piece of Mind Puzzles or licensed from third-party artists under exclusive agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any artwork or imagery without express written permission. All artwork remains the intellectual property of the respective artists.

Privacy Your personal information is collected and used solely to fulfill your order and communicate with you about your purchase. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers). For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability Piece of Mind Puzzles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
