Shipping Policy

Where We Ship We currently ship within Canada only. We hope to expand to additional destinations in the future. Delivery options are based on your address. Local delivery is available within our selected delivery area. Addresses outside that area are eligible for standard shipping across Canada.

Local Delivery Local delivery is available within our selected delivery area. We'll contact you by email if we need to confirm delivery timing or clarify any instructions. 

Orders may be left at your front door or another safe location unless requested or specified otherwise. Delivery instructions can be added at checkout, including details about where you'd like the order left or anything we should know before delivery.

Local delivery timing is an estimate and may vary depending on order volume, route planning, weather, and other circumstances.

Standard Carrier Shipping We offer standard shipping within Canada. We choose the most economical suitable carrier for your address, so the carrier may vary from order to order. 

Standard shipping is $12 for orders under $150. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery generally takes approximately 3-8 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may require additional time.

Tracking information will be provided when available. 

Orders outside our local delivery area are typically sent by carrier. In some cases, we may contact you to arrange a personal drop-off when that is practical for your address.

Delivery Estimates and Delays We do our best to meet estimated timelines but they are not guaranteed. Orders may arrive earlier than estimated, but delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather, remove-area service, or other factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please don't hesitate to reach out.
