Returns & Exchanges

We want every Piece of Mind puzzle to bring joy — and if something isn't right, we're here to make it so.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Pre-Fulfillment Cancellations If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate a cancellation or change. Once an order has been fulfilled, our standard return policy applies.

Damaged or Defective Items If your puzzle arrives damaged or is missing pieces, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery at olivia@pieceofmindpuzzles.ca with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right — no return required.

Exchanges As our catalog grows, we're happy to explore exchanges where possible. Reach out and we'll do our best to find a solution that works for you.

Return Shipping Please contact us before sending anything back — we'll provide instructions and next steps. We recommend holding onto your packaging until you're sure everything is as expected.

Final Sale Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gifts Received a Piece of Mind puzzle as a gift? We're happy to offer store credit for eligible returns. Please contact us with your order details.
